HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE OF PHAMILY FOUNDATIONS

Below is a short form for you to fill in so that we can get you set up as an Affiliate (and so that we can get commissions to you promptly).

After submitting the completed form that you’ll find below, please follow this link to schedule a time for us to meet via Zoom so we can begin to get to know each other and I can answer any questions you may have and provide you with the support you need to get started. Otherwise, I’ll be in touch within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your completed form to plan a time.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you become an affiliate, you’ll receive your own unique affiliate code which never expires that you can give to those whom you refer. This affiliate code will afford those you give it 5% off on any purchase they make via not only the Phamily Foundations section of this website but site-wide throughout the website for The Strong Foundation. This 5% discount will ensure that your referral will use the code when purchasing since they will save 5%. Your unique affiliate code will also allow us to easily identify that they are your referral, alerting us to send you your commissions, which are outlined below.

It's also a good idea to email us the names of the people you refer to further ensure that you receive your commission for that client referral. We'll keep all the names you send to me on file permanently in case they end up waiting to purchase until a later time. You will receive commissions on any purchase your client referral makes from then on for life, whether they ever use the code or not.

You'll also receive your own, private, password-protected, affiliate portal where you can track your sales and earnings.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

If you'd like to see an overview of all the programs and services I offer to get an idea of how much you could make per sale, you'll find links in the gold section toward the bottom of this page, or you can view a list on our page for Programs & Services. Our offerings range in cost between $20 - $6000 OR $19 - $5700 if your client referral uses the 5% discount code.

COMMISSIONS:

You will receive 30% of the profit from any referral you send to me (fees paid by client minus any costs, such as cost of materials, credit card processing fees, etc.). You will receive this for every purchase made by all your client referrals for life on all programs, events, services, and products.

Please note that your commission percentage is a percentage of the profit made from your referral, which means the total amount your client referral paid minus any associated costs, such as the cost of materials (printed workbooks, other program materials, etc.), credit card processing fees, discounts given to the client, etc.

Here, you will find a breakdown of each of your referrals, the fee they were charged, any costs associated that were deducted (such as credit card processing fees we have to pay for, etc.), and what your referral fee is.

Commissions are paid out weekly, every Friday by 11:59 PM Pacific Time for all of your referrals whose payments have cleared in our bank account that week. At that time, you will also receive an email with a breakdown of the fee(s) your client referral(s) paid AND any costs of materials, credit card processing fees, discounts, etc. associated that were deducted from the client's fee, along with your commission(s) earned on all profits made from your client referrals. You can also always view this information in your private affiliate portal.

PAYOUTS

Zelle

Zelle is our preferred method of sending you your commissions, which most banks have and that we can both utilize for free without any transaction charges.

Check

If you are not able to utilize Zelle for whatever reason, then you will be mailed a check by the same time each week, and included in your email will be the approximate date of the expected arrival of your check as stated to us by the bank it was mailed from.

PayPal

If you are not able to utilize Zelle and you are not able to accept a check, then you can opt to provide a PayPal email address to transfer funds to you. However, if using PayPal, you will incur the cost of the transaction fees. The Strong Foundation/Phamily Foundations will not be responsible for the cost of any transaction fees incurred by the use of PayPal.

Other Payout Methods

You can also opt to utilize another payment method not mentioned here, as long as it is within the ability of The Strong Foundation/Phamily Foundations to make payments using that method, but if there are any transaction fees associated with any other method of your choosing, you shall remain solely responsible for those transaction fees and The Strong Foundation/Phamily Foundations will not be responsible.

You are encouraged to use Zelle or receive a check in the mail otherwise, as there are NO transaction fees associated at all with either of these methods.

WEEKLY TRAINING

What’s more is that for being an affiliate of Phamily Foundations, you are entitled to receive FREE training in marketing and sales, so you can gain valuable skills while being a part of our affiliate program.

Your affiliate training is made available every Tuesday at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Attendance is NOT required, and sessions are recorded, so you will receive a link to the recording each week, whether you attend or not. Whenever you can make the training, however, you can get your questions answered and receive one-on-one support.

However, if you join our affiliate seed team now, you will receive 30% commissions for life, even after the rates change, and even after you are no longer an affiliate, for every client you've brought to me, for every purchase they ever make from me.

In the future, I'll only be offering affiliates 5% in commissions, across the board. This current higher commission rate of 30% is my thanks to you for being a part of bringing Phamily Foundations to life!
